At Moss & Me, we strive to ensure you are delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and seamless.
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused
• Retain all original tags
• Be in their original packaging
• Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care or beauty products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards

4. Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to:
1. Return your original item following our return process
2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item
5. European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, items must be:
• Unworn or unused
• With all tags and original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
