At Moss & Me, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our valued customers. Please read the details of our shipping process below.



1. Processing Time


All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.



2. Handmade & Custom Items


Some of our products are handmade or custom-made, crafted with care to ensure the highest quality.

Manufacturing time for handmade items is typically 5–15 working days before the item is shipped.

Once ready, your item will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number.


Please note that this timeframe is for production only and does not include shipping time.



3. Shipping Destinations


We currently ship to:

South Africa (mainland)

International destinations (please contact us for shipping availability and costs)


For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.



4. Shipping Methods & Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location

Weight and size of your order

Shipping method selected


We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely and on time.



5. Estimated Delivery Times


Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier:

South Africa (mainland): 2–7 business days (after processing)

International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance


Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.



6. Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.



7. Shipping Issues


If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem and ensure you receive your purchase or a suitable solution.



8. Risk of Loss


Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
